  • What is included in rent?

    Rental rates include:

    • CenturyLink basic internet service
    • Bike storage

  • Fees & Resident Responsibilities

    Residents are responsible for:

    • Water & Sewer - $35 per person monthly applied to your resident ledger. 
    • Electric services - Metered separately to the unit and billed directly to the resident. 
    • Property Liability Insurance - $14 a month. All residents are automatically enrolled unless they take steps to opt-out by providing their own coverage. Personal Property Insurance and Liability insurance with a minimum policy coverage of $100,000 is required. 
    • Renters Insurance - It is the responsibility of the resident to enroll.

  • Pet Policy

    Are you pet friendly?

    Yes, cats & dogs are allowed on property. All pets on premises must be recorded on a residential lease. 


    Do you have any breed restrictions?

    There are no specific breed restrictions. However, you may be asked to provide a written recommendation from a veterinarian or trainer that your pet’s temperament is well-suited for an apartment dwelling. Of course, you are expected to be respectful of other residents when in common spaces with your pet, use designated areas for pet relief, and ALWAYS clean up after your pet. 


    Do you require an additional deposit for pet residents?

    We do not require a pet deposit; however, there is a $50 monthly fee per pet. Additionally, there is a one-time fee of $65 per dog at move-in. Both fees are non-refundable. 


    Do you limit the number of pets per unit?

    The maximum number of pets allowed in a single unit is two.

  • Parking

    What parking is available?


    Permits for the surface lot are available for $75 per month. Parking spots will not be assigned and permits are available on a first-come first-served basis.

  • Do you offer short-term leasing?

    Do you offer short-term leasing? 

    No, we offer a standard 12-month lease term.

  • Do you have an elevator?

    Urbane218 does have an elevator; it is located in the residential lobby. The elevator provides access to each residential floor.

  • Is the building secure?

    Yes, all entry doors are locked and can be unlocked with the tenant key fob.
